The craftsmen from Castelfidardo Livio Rita would have never imagined that one of his pieces would play a leading role in a film. It took almost eight hours for Actress Licia Maglietta and director Silvio Soldini to choose the right accordion for the film “Pane e Tulipani”. Their choice proved to be right as the film was well received all over the world and won 9 Davide di Donatello at the International Italian film festival.
